At Fresh Start Growers, we strive to fulfill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policies:

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 2-3 business days from the order date.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Local Pickup: Available at our brick-and-mortar store located at 1007 East Jefferson Street, Louisville, KY 40206. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery: Available for select products. We will be happy to discuss by email or phone on a case by case basis.
We also offer pallet and truckload shipping by request. Simply give us a call at 502-442-7883 or email us at info@freshstartgrowers.com. Before calling, have physical address, unloading specifics, and credit card handy. We will work out what is the best option for you!
