Shipping

Items that are in stock at our warehouse will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Special orders or back orders usually ship within 7-10 days. If you have any questions or require special assistance with your order, please contact us at info@freshstartgrowers.com.

Will-Call Orders

With receipt of an order, Fresh Start Growers’ Supply is pleased to hold orders in will-call for customer pick-up. Will-call orders will be processed only after the credit card transaction occurs. Cancellation of will-call orders may result in a restocking fee. Please understand that we cannot hold product for orders that are unpaid.

Discounts and Rebates

Full pallet orders will enjoy a 5% discount.

If a customer purchases within a calendar year, more than $10,000 worth of products, we will issue them a 1.5% rebate at the end of that calendar year.

Returns or Exchanges

If you ever need to return or exchange a product, we want to make the process as easy as possible. Please contact us at info@freshstartgrowers.com to request a return or exchange and we will be happy to assist you with the details and return shipping arrangements.

Returns Within 30 days of delivery, you may return for credit any item purchased from Fresh Start Growers’ Supply in its original condition: unopened, in new condition, with original packaging. All items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees may be waived if items were shipped by Fresh Start Growers’ Supply incorrectly or were damaged in transit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (receipt of an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
